AI Art

A trio of daily art challenges I took part in this past week.

AI Art
Boney M has a subliminal influence on me 😀

Here are a few of the daily art challenges at Pixaroma Discord that I took part in during the past week.

Cool T-Shirt Design: February 2nd, 2026

For the cool t-shirt theme, I was obsessed with the word "cool". Realizing that much of my audience on the Discord channel are into gaming computers, especially Nvidia high-end GPUs like the RTX 5090, I decided to create a video of myself with an imaginary 6090. For cooling, I placed a fan that spins. For "liquid cooling" I decided to hold a beer bottle. While drinking it, I wanted the whole design to change become frosted - like "uber cool". I did a start and end frame in Nano banana, and animating was a cinch in Kling AI...

Ink storm: Feb 3rd 2026

We are allowed up to 4 entries each day.

My first idea was a play on "thINK" - I decided to portray Rodin's Thinker with a storm of dark thoughts after a broken heart, but done in the Sumi ink style.

For my second entry, I looked up Make Journey for inspiration and found a red and black artwork. I animated some variations of that in Make Journey itself since I am paying for the subscription. And I created a quick song in Sumi, red and black ink. I pieced together the composition in CapCut.

As an original song I created with Suno

Cardboard spaceship: February 4th, 2026

Once again, I took inspiration from MidJourney. After finding pictures of kids in a cardboard spaceship, I decided upon another Boney-M song, "Nightflight to Venus." I created an intermediate and end frame using Nano Banana Pro. The animation was done in Kling AI. For humor, I had the cat lying with his feet up in the air towards the end.

So there you have it! These are examples of what I consider "creative fun".

It sounds like the music of Boney M had a big influence on my subconscious, because their songs popped up twice in my head this week!
