Based on Gemini's advice, I used a website SunoTeller.AI to analyze the song and identify the BPM, key, etc.

Then I searched for a poem by Rumi, and settled on this.

I used ChatGPT to suggest how to play this music in Suno.
I must have generated between 15-20 variations in Suno. I tried playing around with different instruments, Middle Eastern ones. I tried mixing New Age Benedictine chants, even included instruments like triangles and chimes.
I finally settled on these two versions:
