As explained in the first part, I also scanned our present townhome in West Windsor. The scan took about 8 minutes in total, and seems very accurate.

The only area it messed up was the driveway, and the labeling of a few ancillary areas. I also forgot to scan our exterior stairway.

I discovered we can edit our scans online for free to correct labels, even edit linework.

While the base floor plan scan is free for under 5,000 SF homes, I chose both the plus scan option ($15) with adds fixed items like bathroom/kitchen, and also GLA plans (Gross living area? for $15) which includes measurements of the exterior.

For only $30 in total, the ease and convenience of Cubicasa floorplans are totally worth it in my opinion.
