Now that the Minimax fast model has dropped, I redid my old music video.

Because the new model cannot do audio reference at this time, I told Claude to use two-thirds of the video as B-roll with the fast model, and the regular H3 model for lip sync.

It took less than 1.5 hours to generate the entire Video locally on the RTX 4090!
